Is the line "And she liquifies the living to feed to the dead " about the Matrix or is it ANOTHER reference to Soylent Green? I like to think that latter as it would probably set the world record for references to Soylent Green by a single band. But I have never seen the movie and I don't know if they actually liquify the dead.

I think thats more a succubus-reference. Since succubi are from "hell" or the "underworld" where the dead go, I think she's just stealing the life from the narrator, and well, feeding it to the dead.

Have anyone of the band ever explained why they chose the name Kukuxumusu¿? Because it was very surprising for me the first I saw it in their album. Kukuxumusu is probably the most famous t-shirt design brand in Spain (well, they make more things apart from t-shirts). I will post a photo of my kukuxumusu briefcase... jajaja!
I think Kukusumusu means in basque "flea kiss" or something like that...
